Shin Chia Co., Ltd. was established in October 1968 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to produce high-quality pressed
products. After several decades of continual effort, we’ve won the strong support and high praise of our
numerous, world-renowned customers for our topnotch R&D and reliability. To further meet customer
requirements, we set up two factories in China—the Shenzhen Songxing Hardware Product Plant in
Guangdong Province, which was established in June 1994; and the Kunshan Xin Jia Precision Hardware Co.,
Ltd., in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, which was established in August 2002.Our Shenzhen Songxing
Hardware Product Plant has more than 50 single-crankshaft and double-crankshaft NC precision pneumatic
punch presses (25ton-250ton models), and handles the pressing, welding, and riveting of various hardware
parts. The plant also has CNC milling machines, wire-cut machines, and EDMs. The Shenzhen facility is able
to design (with Press CAD and Would CAD software) and develop molds and dies, such as precision
progressive dies, single-pressing molds, deep-drawing molds, and much more. To satisfy customers’
requirements for attractive appearances for their hardware parts, Songxing has an overhead automated
liquid/powder-coating line, a silk-screen printing line, and automatic rustproof-treatment equipment.Granted
ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2000, we are striving to attain ISO 14000 certification in 2006 for our
environment-friendly operation. Our business policies are “Providing Automated Production, High-tech
Production Process, High-efficiency Services, and Lowering Customers’ Purchasing Costs.” Continuing to
focus on improving our mold- and die-making and pressing technologies and
capabilities, we aim to always meet our customers’ every need, and to always
lead the market trends.
