DOUBLE SHED WINDER

The machine controller is based on industrial PC with HMI. Winding and stripping down of coils are performed simultaneously, providing a rapid work cycle. Double winding at a time is one of the special functions of this machine; as a result, its product efficiency is twice more than other one-winding machines. The machines are compactly designed and permit easy maintenance. When stator specifications are changed, only the replacement of one coil former is required and this can be quickly accomplished. Besides, this machine also has following advantages:

1. Synchronized winding-stripping mechanism enables any number of turns on only 20mm length of each step of the coil former to be obtained.

2. Index-table design makes it possible by winding and transfer tools changing simultaneously.

3. Parallel winding is possible with no wire damage. (optional).

4. Concentric winding can be achieved for 2 pole、4 pole、6 pole、8 pole or 12 poles especially can produce outstanding effect.

5. Stack height adjustment is fast and convenient without using any tool (manual or automatic both).
