Preng Shenq: Top Source for Rubber, Plastic Masterbatch Machines

Preng Shenq Machine Industry Co., Ltd. Manufactures kneader machines, extrusion machines and text-roller machines for producing masterbatches. Masterbatches are rubber or plastic mixtures that use one or more compounding ingredients in definite proportions, but in higher concentrations than in a normal mix. The primary advantage of a masterbatch is its convenience in compounding.

Preng Shenq was founded in 1980. Today, its manufacturing technique has grown and matured, enabling it to build machines that produce quality masterbatch grains for use in various plastic processing industries. Its factory, located in southern Taiwan, is equipped with CNC lathes, radial drilling machines, and milling machines, enabling it to do most of the processing on the major parts of the equipment it manufactures.

The company is currently promoting its L-300 open kneader, as well as its L-100 open kneader and color masterbatch extrusion palletizing machine. The L-300 has a maximum raw-material load capacity of 300 liters and an output efficiency of 200-250kg per hour. The L-100 has maximum load capacity of 100 liters and an output capacity of 60-70kg per hour. While the L-300 and L-100 are built for commercial production purposes, Preng Shenq also builds machines for pilot-run purposes.

In addition to Taiwan, the company sells its products in Southeast Asian nations and mainland China. With an eye to enhancing product durability, Preng Shenq is currently researching the use of new metals and processing techniques.
