Chinsing Industries Co. is promoting a novelty ratchet screwdriver set, which is patented for its ergonomic handle bar and powerful torque force.

This palm-size tool, measuring 110mm in length and 250 grams in weight with full attachments, has an ergonomic crane handle with an uneven-surface rubber pad on back of it. The design allows users to screw fasteners with as much strength as they can without slipping. The screwdriver itself can endure a maximum torque force of 500kgfcm.

Standard model of this tool is composed of a handle, eight bits, a storage stand, and a 60mm extension bar. The bits are made of CR-VM alloy, shaft on the handle made of CR alloy, the extension rod made of carbon steel and handle made of ABS plastic material.

The extension rod and the bits can work with power drills. The ratchet system inside the screwdriver allows users to set driving in clockwise direction or reverse direction.

Based on the standard model, the company has developed several models containing more tools including sockets. All of them are ideal for household users and specialty-professional users with the tool's powerful torque force.

The screwdriver set, dubbed as "Cora-Driver", is already patented in Taiwan and the United States. The patented tool sets are sold under the company's brand name "CIC." Own-brand products and OEM-based (original equipment manufacturing-based) ones roughly equally account for the company's output.

Chinsing was founded in 1972 to produce impact drivers. Shortly after, it diversified into production of drivers for electronics devices and magnetic drivers. Recently, the company has begun producing drivers for fixing mobile phones and parts for some foreign power-tool suppliers.

Well-equipped production capability allows the company to finish 80% of its products on its own. Major production machines at the company's factory include lathes, milling machines, and torque as well as hardness testing instruments.

Each year, the company presents three to five new products, with its four design engineers and 36 factory workers. The ISO-9001 and ISO-9002 qualified company promises an average delivery time of 45 days.
