Machan International Co., Ltd., founded in 1975, is a specialized developer and manufacturer of innovative and high-quality tool boxes, tool storages, tool trolleys, and hand tools as sockets, impact sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, auto repair tools etc. Since 2005, the company's products have been marketed globally under its own BOXO-Tools brand, including professional and industrial auto tools, tool case, tool trolleys, and special tools for passenger car and truck/bus repair and maintenance.

Clearly market positioned amid high-end professional and industrial auto tools, Machan notes that its BOXO-Tools target professionals at auto repair shops and auto assembly factories in major automotive markets, especially Europe. In conjunction with vigorous marketing in the past few years, sales of BOXO-Tools have been smooth in Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, the U.K. etc.

As requested by customers, Machan decided to market own-branded tools by tapping established strength in the tool-storage market, also planning to set up a warehouse in the Netherlands by 2014 to enable customers to operate without inventory.

Machan has also begun developing BOXO-Tools sales in other regions, having found reliable agents in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. It is targeting the Chinese and North American markets for vending BOXO-Tools products, with plans to set up own sales channels in China by its Chinese subsidiary and establish sales points in the U.S. and Canada.
