Backed up by the mature technology and high professionalism it has built up over the years, the company has introduced a wide range of machines including the LC, LD, LS, LL, LFS, and LFM CNC series as well as a family of manual lathes.
L&L's LL950 series consists of five-bed CNC heavy-duty lathes specifically developed for machining long shafts and hollow tubes for use in heavy industries such as oil refining. The distance between the two turning centers of these lathes ranges from 4000mm to 8000mm.
L&L's lathes are subjected to extreme VDI 3441 linear compensation testing, static testing, dynamic testing, backlash compensation testing, pitch error compensation testing, and dynamic balance testing to assure that they meet CNC 7000 and ISO1708 standards. (KL)
