MOEA officials indicated that the government will make good use of resources provided by private enterprises to speed up development of smart automation technologies, while assisting industry insiders in establishing related experience centers open to the public as part of the abovementioned 8-year industry development program.

The grand opening of the first smart-automation experience center, the officials continued, will be held on March 9, with various combinations of smart automation technologies and human arts to be displayed as educational and tourist attractions.

The officials stressed that the government will promote smart automation technologies to not only manufacturing industries, but also sectors of energy, health care, cultural tourism, etc., to boost their added-values.
