Liouy Hsing Debuts Extra-heavy-duty CNC Lathes
2012/03/02 | By Ben ShenTaipei, March 2, 2012 (CENS)--Liouy Hsing Co. has recently debuted extra-heavy-duty CNC (computerized numerically controlled) lathes that are dubbed CNC-500, which have relatively higher machining capacity.
Founded in 1992 with industry/academic cooperation, Liouy Hsing has remained in central Taiwan by using self-developed manufacturing skills to develop high-end CNC lathes.
Lee Hsing, president of the company, says the CNC-500 machine adopts square-type slideway in the saddle to stabilize processing action, with 116mm of internal diameter in spindle bore and feed rate of 20 meters in X and Y axis.
Other major features for this machine include 12-position turret, Fanuc OTC controller, powerful 30HP spindle motor, Meehanite cast iron in machine body, automatic lubrication system, chip conveyor with bucket, and hydraulic tailstock with powerful clamping force.
