New Focus Appoints New CEO to Explore China's Market for Used Cars and Auto Repair Services

Taipei, Feb. 3, 2012 (CENS)--New Focus Auto Tech Holdings Ltd., a leading provider of auto services and retailer of auto accessories in greater China, has recently announced inauguration of its new CEO, Raymond Chang, who has also emphasized his blueprint to explore the Chinese market for used cars and auto repair and maintenance services in the coming years.

Chang looks at business potential of the market with great favor, stressing that the number of cars in China has sharply surged over the past years, which, in turn, will generate enormous business chances for used car vendors and repair and maintenance service providers in the short term. Therefore, the company will pay more attention to the segment to secure a sustainable business growth for the next decade.

Chang said that he will help the company, which now operates a chain of 71 retail stores in greater China with revenue amounting to RMB1.05 billion in 2010, to step up integrating resources, standardizing and systemizing a service platform, and diversifying business to better adapt itself to the ever-changing market. Besides, he furthered, the company will also continue to set up flagship stores in the region and open more small-sized stores specialized in providing professional, distinct service to match different market needs.

Chang also confirmed that his company will seek the possibility of extending its reach to upstream and downstream business in the line, in a move to boost its brand recognition to wield more influence in the market. This will better assure the company of a sustainable development.

The company's chairman John Hung said that his company aims to become the largest operator of chain stores of auto services in China by planning to run over 100 chain stores in 15 provinces of the country in the years to come. Furthermore, Hung continued, the company also aims to be publicly listed in the country as the only among auto-service providers in greater China.
