Established in 1978, Kentex Industry Co., Ltd. has been versed in developing and manufacturing reliable sintered metal components for automobiles, motorcycles, home appliances, and machinery in Taiwan. The company currently operates a modern and integrated plant on the island with about 180 workers.

With superior development and manufacturing capability, Kentex supplies a wide range of products, including aluminum cam caps, bushing, clutch hubs, flange hubs, sprockets, oil pump gears, shock absorber parts, timing gears and pulleys, rotors, helical and pinion gears, levers, shift forks, ABS sensor rings, spacers, U-joint parts, magnetic sensors etc., as well as precision items for electric appliances and general machinery, including electric and pneumatic power tool parts, bronze and stainless-steel filters.

Kentex claims that it is capable of producing sintered items using various materials such as iron, copper, stainless steel, and other alloy, etc. The company adopts a comprehensive range of high-level equipment to assure the highest product quality and precision level, including compacting press machines from 60 to 750 tons, AGIE electrical discharging machining (EDM) machines, KOYO surface grinding and honing machines, LEYBOLD vacuum furnace etc.

The company offers iron and bronze bushings and bearings in flanged, spherical, and ball types. It also supplies various kinds of gears, including pinion, worm and spiral gears, for wide-ranging applications. Kentex's sprockets are widely welcomed by global customers for garage, bicycle, and motorcycle applications.

Kentex accepts orders for special parts made with wire cutters, EDM machine, and other machining methods.
