Huang Jen-chiang, the chairman, says Lung Chang undertook major initiatives in 1994, including setting up its mechanical department and completing the integration of its operational process from design, scheming, and manufacturing to exporting in a bid to provide customers worldwide with the best products and the most efficient services.

The company's high-precision gearboxes for extruders as well as other extruding machine parts and components feature improved performance, greater efficiency, and longer service life than general counterparts.

The extrusion and injection screws and barrels are made of high-grade special steel to ensure excellent quality and increased productivity. There is special processing and coating on the thread surface for nickel-based alloy. The hardened surface makes the products two or three times more wear-resistant than conventional threaded rods.

Also among the firm's wide-ranging product lines are blow-mold bag machines, deep-hole processing machines, and blow machines that have high speed capacity for films and similar bulky plastics.
