The ISO-9002 certified manufacturer boasts 100% in-house manufacturing processes, including materials cutting, milling, drilling, punching, forging, heat treatment, and quality control. The integrated in-house manufacturing processes ensure the company's products meeting international standards.

To ensure the high quality of its products, the company adopts many advanced testing and inspection equipment, including hardness and torque testing, micro-hardness testing, straightness testing, lifetime testing, and salt spraying.

The company sells under the 'Compass' brand. Most of its products are exported to industrially advanced nations around the world. To meet customers' requirement, the company also welcomes orders on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis.

In order to improve manufacturing and management capability, several years ago the company began carrying out a new production system dubbed NPS. Thanks to the implementation of the unique production system, Compass has significantly elevated its competitiveness in the intense competing world.
